We can offer as much or as little design input as you wish. You may well already have a drawing and just wish the piece to be made, which is fine, or you may just have an inkling as to what you want. If so, we will work with you to design a unique piece you will treasure.

Initially, we would meet up for an informal chat, to get an idea of what styles, timbers and ideas you would like to work with.

We could visit you at home in order for you to look through our portfolio for inspiration and this also provides a great opportunity for us to see the environment in which the piece is to live.

We would discuss a few ideas with you and take some initial measurements

We would then return with a completed drawing or drawings of the piece, for us to discuss and finalise.

Once the design has been finalised we produce a technical drawing, which you would need to approve before work starts, this is just to ensure that there are no discrepancies.

We would then be ready to begin making. The duration of this depends on the size and complexity of the piece and also our order books.

You would be quite welcome to visit us during the making of your piece as we would love you to be involved at every stage of the process.

Once completed, we would deliver and fit the piece (if necessary), which we are sure you will treasure forever.
